Hey, so big news post. I was gone on a trip to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon last week so I didn’t have any time to make anything new.

This isn’t what this post is about though… I dunno, I just don’t think I really enjoy making silly and cheezy electronic instrumental stuff anymore.

Don’t fret though, this might just be a new chapter for me or even just the beginning! Behind the scenes I’ve been working on a full album since the beginning of the summer. Now, I’ll admit I haven’t exactly progressed on it for a lil while, but it will probably be a time consuming project. It will have lyrics and everything. My goal is to have 15 full songs for the album, and I’ve already started more than half of the songs. I have completed the lyrics for one song already and have full composed two of the songs, so progress is being made! I guess now I just have to wait, if I can’t resist maybe I’ll post some of the songs here early if I’m finished and very proud of it.

I have made a fully new song! I spent two days on and off working on it so it could be it’s best and the end result was a composition with nearly 30 different tracks!

Hey! So, four things.

1. I think my writers-block is fading away so I have a lot of more spontaneous ideas when I open up a DAW.
2. I have joined a contest here on Newgrounds, so I will push my ass to start and finish more stuff!
3. If you’ve noticed I’ve been uploading songs more often now, as I’m either finally releasing some small bits I didn’t think made the cut before or I’m just making new stuff in general (let’s give it up for productivity!)
4. Ugh, I have a few good WIPs that are nearly finished and just need to be completed through FL Studio to sound better, but these songs are a bit too complex for whatever reason. When I try to finalize them a lot of the times the app might crash, and it doesn’t help that I have to like recreate 20-30 different tracks in a sitting. But I mean, these songs are soooo close to become release material and they’re also probably the best of my work actually. I guess we’ll see where those songs go.

I forgot what exactly inspired me to dew it, but I decided to make a quick ditty with old school ParagonX9 2003/2004 vibes to it. Now I as it was made on GarageBand, I wouldn’t normally release it as an official track, but I feel like it deserves to be on Newgrounds as ParagonX9 is a legendary artist in the NGAP community. (and besides I think GarageBand and Reason have a similar system)

Aw yeah, so last night I cleaned up my laptop and now I’m 40 GB free of storage opposed to like zero to little space for the past four years or so. Expect a lot of more stuff probably if I have the time.

Hai, so couple days ago I came back from my 3 week vacation. While I was away I made dozens of new projects and many ideas spurred. Hopefully this means new songs will be on the way soon!

So far, I have this weird, stupid, and short song which l’ll talk over since it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. The song’s written already, I just need to record the lines and use my hefty plug-ins for the sound-design and stuff. This should all be by this week (or even today), so cheers to new tunes!
